Tampere Theatre Festival 2023 is held between 7–13 August. The Main Programme features a total of 22 productions, five of which are foreign.

The opening ceremony of the Tampere Theatre Festival will be held on Tuesday 8 August at 12:00 at Laikunlava stage (street address: Puutarhakatu 1). The opening ceremony speeches are held mainly in Finnish, but English-speaking audience can enjoy the small presentations of the diverse festival programme.
